Refund policy
We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 1 year after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused. Please include your postage receipt.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@mybandou.com. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the order amount. Please note, we do not provide return labels. Additionally, items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.You can always contact us with any questions regarding returns at the email address provided.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.
If you think your product has a malfunction and you want a replacement, contact us at Support@mybandou.com. We may request that you return the item at no expense to you, allowing us to examine the issue and enhance our Bandous.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at Support@mybandou.com to request an exchange. We'll send a replacement right away.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
