Yes, every Bandou™ comes with a 3.5mm audio jack cable that you can plug into any inflight entertainment's system!

Absolutely, simply remove the electronic components inside and wash it in your washing machine on cold!

How do I charge it and how long does it last?

There is a USB plug within the bluetooth module that can easily be charged with the included micro-USB cable.

Charge for about 2-3 hours and then you are set for 35 hours of fun!

Is it loud enough to be heard on the plane?

While the volume is limited for safety, the sound can be heard clearly amidst the plane noise due to the fact the speakers are flat and very close to the ear, preventing noise from the outside.

Keep in mind that sound levels might be lower during takeoff and landing. However, Bandous should not be used during these periods.

What material is it made of?

The band is made from a stretchy, comfortable fleece.

Will my child be hot?

It can happen in very hot, sunny days. However, it was made breathable to still be comfortable when it's hot outside and prevent sweating!

We're currently exploring a lighter version, ideal for sunny days.

How do I make sure it will fit his/her head?

Bandou™ fits all head sizes and remains comfortable. We added an elastic band to make sure it fits everybody.

We designed them to be as much confortable as possible for head circumference of 17 to 22 inches. This is the range from a baby, toddler up to Tween.

Furthermore, IF it doesn't fit, how don't like it, you can easily request a refund within 365 days.

Would buy again

This was a very rewarding purchase. I was skeptical at first, but with my 11 month old about to go on his first flight for 4 hours, I was willing to try anything. These headphones were a lifesaver! He was comfortable in them, they were easy to sync to my phone, and they didn't turn up too loud for me to worry about my son's hearing. I would highly recommend these and would buy for a second kid when one joins our family. Just wish they made the dino in a more boy color.

Finally a good kids headphone

I was so glad to find these because we travel and my kids enjoy screen time during long haul flights (only thing that gets us through in one piece) but I noticed with the normal style that after a while their ears start to hurt. They also find it had to keep them on and just generally don’t enjoy wearing them. With Bandou they love to wear them, even when they aren’t connected to anything !
I’m excited to see how they do on the long flight we have coming up. I’m also glad it’s Bluetooth so we don’t have to deal with wires !

We ordered this in preparation for our trip to see family for the holidays. Our kiddo is not only sensitive to loud sounds (we anticipated airplane engine noise may be too much for her), but she also has a handful of video clips and songs she listens to that calm/sooth her and that she enjoys to pass the time.

Delivery was right on time (arrived the day before we left!), and we couldn’t have asked for a better product. I particularly like that you don’t have to worry about the volume being too loud, Bluetooth pairing is easy, and that it’s a soft, comfortable fit for her.
